Connected Electricians and Cablers

Connected Electricians and Cablers (Est. April 2021) is owned and operated by a licensed and experienced electrician and data cabler, Josh Atkinson, who has over 15 years of proven experience in the industry. In fact, more than 15 years if we include the many hours before and after school and on holidays as a young boy and teenager that Josh spent crawling through roof spaces, running cables and connecting power points for his dad, Keith Atkinson (founding owner of Keith Atkinson Electrical Sunshine Coast).

When his family of six decided to move to Bellmere in early 2021 they fell in love with the area and people and now can’t imagine wanting to live anywhere else. “We love the school that our 2 older boys attend (Bellmere State School) and our other 2 younger boys are excited for the day when they’re old enough to attend too (that’s right 4 future apprentices in training).”

In 2021, Josh was nominated by his then employer for a Master Electricians Excellence Award as ‘Electrician of the Year’ which won him the opportunity to go up against several other state finalists in a timed written theoretical examination and a high-pressure practical skills test, at the Scheider Electric Offices near the Brisbane Airport. It was a highly skilled room and an exciting opportunity for all involved, which made it even more amazing when Josh took out the prize for Winner – South-East Queensland Electrician of the year 2021.

Friends and family know that it is a bit of an understatement to say, that Josh is passionate about his work. Clients will tell you that he always strives to provide the most complete and quality service and solution available.
